Delivery & Return

You can ship your order back to us within 14 days after recipient. The SALE-articles are NOT eligible for refunds! Any returned SALE-articles will get a VOUCHER with the amount on it. In case you return any items after the 14 days, no refund will be offered nor will your items be returned to you.

As soon as the products reaches our warehouse, we will proceed a refund. This refund can take up to a maximum of 7 working days from the moment we have transferred the money to your card. The refund will not include any delivery fees you have paid. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment. You will receive a confirmation of the refund on your email.

 

Return & Refund

  • • Are you not happy with your purchase? We are happy to accept the returns and refund on the items that are in original condition within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • • We do not cover any returns back to us.
  • • Any items must be in the original condition with all the accessoires. All items will be reviews upon return.
  • • If we received an item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item(s) will be sent back to you as paid by the company.
  • • If we received an item too late, the refund will become void and the item(s) will be sent back to you as paid by the company.
  • • Are the goods damaged or wrong delivered? Please contact us within 2 working days after receiving your order!
  • • If your refund is accepted, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the refund.
  • • It can take up to 14 working days to receive the refund on the card you have paid with.
  • • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of accessories (earrings, necklaces).
  • • The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we have received them. Keep a proof of your return when you have sent the package back.
  • Any items must be in the original condition with all the accessories, original packaging and gift. All items will be reviews upon return.
  • Please note that the KIDS-jellabat are made on measure. This means that a REFUND is not possible. We can only EXCHANGE the size for you!

 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ORDER/ITEM?

Of course! It is very easy! You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please return your item(s) to us following the method below:
Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached. Fill in the Return from that is provided with your package.
Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package

Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting (a track and trace number) and be sure to email this number to our customer service info@amoracaftan.com
